Services - Core Measures Data Abstraction Recognizing the increased pressures to stay abreast of ever changing guidelines coupled with the emergence of new measure sets, ADN provides Core Measures Data Abstraction Services to reduce the burden on facilities. As a vendor since Core Measures inception, ADN has developed a keen understanding of the measure specifications, transmission processes, and improvement initiatives associated with data collection and analytics. In addition, ADN trains abstractors on the changes to the measure guidelines and conducts inter-rater reliability assessments to ensure understanding. Armed with an extensive Core Measures knowledge, ADN is in a unique position to assist with data abstraction services allowing hospitals to reallocate scarce clinical resources to performance improvement, utilization review and case management. The Core Measures Abstraction Service assists hospitals in meeting the data collection and reporting requirements of The Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. We will work directly with your facility to provide a solution that fits your needs whether Onsite, Offsite, On Call, or Partial outsourcing of abstraction services. It is not necessary to use ADN’s data collection tool as we will work with the Core Measures vendor of your choice. Use ADN personnel to compliment your existing data abstraction staff to provide coverage for employees on temporary leave or to serve as a solution for abstractor shortages. Back to Products
